Our lab medical tubing extrusion line provides access to our process technology resources and a full suite of new equipment for evaluating materials, screw and tooling designs, process parameters, and design for manufacturability. Extrusion samples generated during the laboratory tests can be further characterized by partners that offer polymer testing services such as DSC for melting and crystallization, DMA for material stiffness, and Instron for measuring tensile strength.
